VAASTHU FUNDAMENTALS

Points to be taken care while selecting a plot for Residence/ Shop/ Commercial purpose.

	Always try to go for plots facing East or North Roads.
	The slope of your plot should be from South to North, or West to East, or Southwest to Northeast, or Southeast to Northwest.
	The plot should preferably be Square or a Rectangle. Any extension or cutouts in the corners are inauspicious. However the extension in Northeast corner is always good.
	The centre of the plot should not be at minus level and should not have any weight.

ORIENTATION

	Avoid main entry of the house from South and West direction.
	Avoid kitchen in Northeast and Southwest.
	Avoid toilets in Northeast, Southwest, Brahma (Centre of house).
	Avoid Staircase in the Brahma and Northeast.
	Avoid Underground water tank in South and Southwest.
	Avoid the Bedroom of young girls and the master bedroom in Northeast.
	Avoid the pooja on South Wall.
	Avoid toilet in front of main door.
	Avoid staircase flight in the front of main door.
	Avoid flooring in split-levels.
	Avoid flooring in split-levels.
